This project consisted of an organisational review
for Age Concern and Playworks to ensure that they
can both continue their work to become sustainable
entities on the Island. Strategic planning and efficient delivery of its
core service activity is the key for any organisation
to achieve sustainability. This is particularly true
for organisations that develop in response to need
and therefore establish a variety of different projects
